Please read the following guidelines, prior to purchasing and using the designs.

Design Use

Purchases are for personal & small business use only and include a standard license to use the design for creating products. No additional licensing is required.

● All customers may purchase any of the collections however fabric printing for resale is not permitted with the Silver collection.

● Fabric shops may only purchase the Gold and Magical Collections.

● Bamboo shops and other mass produced items (excluding fabric) may only purchase a bamboo collection. Color choice is on a first come first serve basis.

These collections are being sold in limited  semi-exclusive quantities as advertised on each drop. Each person or business needs to purchase their own files. If you’re outsourcing either ready-made products or using for printing purposes, make sure the company is aware the files are not to be reproduced or distributed.

Do not copy, trade, resell, transfer, or share any original files or new variations/designs created using any of our artwork elements. Digital sales and file sharing are strictly prohibited.

Copyright & Ownership

These files are commissioned and owned by Sew Magical Design Studio.

Buying these semi-exclusive files does not give you exclusive rights.

We use the law of parody art to be used/interpreted as Fair Use for all designs. With any license inspired artwork, it is up to the buyer to use their best judgment upon acquiring these files.

Digital File Downloads

● After purchase I will contact you for your selections then make a custom folder for you and send an email containing a link to our Dropbox where you are able to access and download your digital purchase. 

If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us immediately.

There are absolutely no refunds on digital products however we will assist you with any issues insuring customer satisfaction.

These files have all been used in my fabric business over the past decade and are high quality seamless designs with 300dpi resolution.
